What would a Google search look like if you saw an image of the page you would link to instead of a list of mere text links? It would look a lot like SearchMe, which looks a lot like Apple’s cover-flow system for browsing albums (iTunes), photos (iPhone), and files (Leopard OS).

The interface is simple and intuitive and provides sub-topics based on your search term. The actual engine pushing the results seems a little limited right now (I couldn’t even find The High Contrast) but it’s definitely worth a look. Be sure to try out the image and video searches which actually play in the viewer, it will definitely help you eat up some of that Friday “I don’t want to be here anymore” time at work.
