I originally saw this video about 3 years ago, but like they say: the more things change the more they stay the same. It reminds me of the book Blowback: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire  which recounts our horrible foreign policy track record. “Blowback” is a term for US actions abroad have repeatedly led to unintended, indefensible consequences. We have already seen some of the effects of the Iraq invasion on our country, but have no way of knowing the long term implications that will result from it.

Political implications aside this is an awesome presentation of visual information that doesn’t distract from the audio, but rather enhances it.
