Just came across a new display app for news headlines brought to you by MSNBC. Spectra (pictured above) is just one of the many news headline displays being developed. According to their site:

I LOVE the design, use of color and unique display of information. It reminds me of the old Apple screen saver that circulated apple news headlines or more recently of the Digg Labs apps for the most recent/popular Diggs.
