Flare-facade is a building exterior that uses mechanically driven “tiles” to dynamically change it’s appearance. Essentially each tile acts as a pixel that can be light or dark depending on it’s orientation to the sun. It’s kinda hard to tell what the actual tiles look until about 1:22 into the video there is section that shows how they work on an individual basis.
