I found this interesting info graphic that visualizes the flavors of beer in a wheel chart (found at TheHops.org). You can download it here.    It is essentially a hierarchical decision tree that provides the language to describe and discuss the unique flavors of a beer. I think it is interesting to look at the different paths that each category can take to achieve a final result. I also appreciate the design aesthetic of an old science diagram.
