Some concepts and technologies just can’t be explained with words alone. When this happens graphics are usually called on to provide visual context for these complex relationships. I posted a video awhile ago that helped Imagine the Tenth Dimension in just this way. Well, I found another one today that does a great job of showing just how the internet came to be. It uses PICOL icons to assist in the explanation. I definitely have a better understanding of how individual advancements combine dto create the internet that we know today.
