This is just a great video that helps explain exactly why the housing market crashed and put the US into a recession. Jonathan Jarvis does a very good job explaining complex issues with diagrams and visual metaphors. Words and terms that I have heard regularly now have a meaning and can be put into context. A must watch to know what is going on in  this country.
