Usually when advertisers find new technologies to peddle their goods the medium is awkwardly forced to fit the content. They place the emphasis on the novelty of the tech and not the actual message. This Jeep waterfall display is a perfect example.

So it was nice to see the promoters of The Waterhorse (movie) use this water projection technology to produce a realistic looking “water horse” emerging from Tokyo Bay. The spray water creates a mist that acts as canvas for the lasers which makes a realistic hologram effect.
